hiv from receiving and giving oral sex

Dear all,

as i have read that there is no risk attached with receiving oral sex and a minute risk is attached with giving oral sex .

As i underwent with the situation where i had performed oral sex giving to a csw of unknown status and had received the same from her both were unprotected considering my case what are the chances of transmission of HIV If the other person is HIV positive though after the encounter i notice that her tounge was white might be mystery tounge.

please help me to cut down my anxiety as some say its not safe if ur having cut, sores, ulcer or bleeding gums then hiv can be transmitted through oral sex whether giving or receiving and in the mean while most say that oral sex is a safe sex and some say that a very less risk is attached with oral sex.

pls help and cut down my anxiety with a detail response.

regards

I think yiu are niot expose at all, as mouth is not a suitable  place for the virus to survuve. i myself had 6 months HIV anxiety over an oral sex act. I totally believed that I caught HIV. I had all symptoms I guess, and I check myself with a home test kits may times because of it, and all were negatives. I went to the hospital and still was negative. I didnt believe that oral sex is safe, so i went into severe anxiety, but now, i can say oral sex is safe or very close to zero risk. Dont worry you are fine.
