You cannot get HIV through your feet, or through any other skin on your body, even if you have cuts and scrapes. You cannot get HIV through sperm outside of the body, no matter what.
The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.
You can't get HIV in this way, only by having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles can you get HIV. Air inactivates the virus. Nor can you get pregnant. To get pregnant, you need to have had a penis in your vagina.
