Woman white Vaginal discharge after 77 hours ,touch nose and lip

Hi, I purchased Woman white Vaginal discharge (***) less than 5 ml in a lip balm container/ Plastic Pot Jars ,sealed and mail to me,after 77 hours, I received it, still wet. like cheese or yogurt. I smell it, and It touch on nose and lip a little bit and I wipe out one minute later.  I am wandering if the virus can travel to my mouth and I have swollen gum, sometime bleed when I brush my teeth,   I don't remember if I wash my hand fully enough or not.  if my hand touch my penis and masturbate it. Does it have risk of HIV.  I also purchase two used panty, one is hand wash most part except crotch part, the other one is semi-dry, these panties are sealed in a plastic bag and I received after 50 hours. I read somewhere the dry panty doesn't pose any risk, but the wet one such as the one I purchased  in a seal container, that is what I worry the most, can anyone explain to me? (the reason I know it is because I check USPS tracking) Thank you very much!!!!

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk and are testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk.HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.

Thank you so much for you long and detail answer ,l really  I appreciate it !!! but my main concern is the  vaginal discharge is may be 4 ml and it perfectly sealed in a container( of course it has some air in it), so it may be some what active ,even after 77 hours?   Sorry if l repeat my self , or it seems a stupid question to you. Could you please spent a few more minute explain to me the possibility?
Reread the advice because you missed understanding some of it. Which of the only 3 do you feel was your risk?
