Ars symptoms for 10 weeks possible hiv ?

Hi, I made a previous post with regards to my problem, although my symptoms are really concerning me. I had unprotected (oral, brief vaginal) sex with a girl of unknown status. The day after I developed pelvic pain and hot flashes in the body. Three days after I developed shortness to breath. As days went by I developed the following symptoms: pain in armpits (no swollen nodes identified by doctors), pain in groin (lymph nodes can be felt in both sides although they are small according to doctors), hot flashes in the body (there is no fever at all less than 37.1, although body feels hot), sore throat, ulcers in mouth, pain in inner thighs (specially when walking or laying down), pain behind knees and elbows (rarely happen), night sweats ( at least 5 times in the last 2 months), weight loss (3 to 4 kg). All of this has remained for the last 10 weeks. I have already had 2 pcr RNA test (4 and 6 weeks) 2 ab/ag tests (4 and 7 weeks). The symptoms that persist are: severe (really severe) pressure and pain in groin area, shortness to breath, ulcers in mouth (have been there for more than 8 weeks with no improvement), hot flashes in all the body (stronger in the night), night sweats (although temperature is 5 degrees), it is hard to keep up my weight but still going a bit down. My question is:

Has anyone, really seen a case of ars so long as this one, and started as early as this one. I am really concern about this pain that just doesnt go away, and all doctor agreed that this is anxiety (honestly I can accept some of the symptoms, but the ulcers and the groin/pelvic pain is just unbearable). There is only one doctor who is still studying the case of the pelvic pain, but still hasnt found anything.

Thank you

All your HIV test are negative.
Some of your tests were 4th generation tests at 4 and 7 weeks.
At four wks p24 antigen is at its peak.
By 6 wks the vast majority will have ABs.
None of these were detected.
Modern HIV tests including rapid blood test are among the most accurate and specific so you can trust them.

Your encounter put you at risk for many other STDs and STIs.
See an infectious disease Dr concerning your symptoms. HIV at this time seems very unlikely if not in fact ruled out.
Keep in mind anxiety can cause health issues, weight loss included.

HIV related symptoms appear 2-4 weeks after the exposure and last for another 1-2 weeks. In your case, your tests are conclusive and you do not have HIV, therefore ignore these symptoms, because these are not because of HIV
