ELISA Test result

hello
i did ELISA 4gen test on 28th day of my exposure my hiv ELISA result came negative is it conclusive

becoz there is written on that test is

hiv1\2  4th gen
a non-reactive  (negative) result does not rule out the possibility of infection. it is recommend that another specimen is sent for repeat ELISA  testing in 10-14 days to rule out the possibility of seroconversion. hIV PER testing may assist in determining early HIV infection.
medical colleagues may consult with the relevant pathologist for any queries.

now what must i do

If this was an antibody only test it is not considered conclusive at 28 days. It would be a good indication of status, but not conclusive. For conclusive results you would need to also test for the P24 antigen. These are commonly referred to as a DUO test. What was your exposure?
