If you had brief insertion, the odds are EXTREMELY low that you got HIV. However, the fact that she allows clients to have penetrative sex without a condom means that she is at higher risk for having HIV and STDs. Again, brief penetration would be very low risk.
It sounds like you are very concerned about your wife, though, so you should abstain from having intercourse with her until you are tested for HIV and STDs, for her safety.
For future reference, washing your hands, body and penis with sanitizer or soap after a sexual encounter does not kill or prevent HIV or STDs.

do you give me ask? After only 4-5 hours from having sex with a prostitute to having sex with my wife, is that time enough for hiv to pass to my wife? I have hand and Oral sex, but wash it with soap and water, is there a risk of infecting my wife from there?
Oral sex and "hand sex" are not risks for HIV. Even if you DID have a risk, you can't "wash off" HIV. But you didn't have a risk, and no, you would not be infectious after 4-5 hours.
So if I have oral sex with a prostitute, after 4-5 hours of oral sex with my wife, it still can't be transmitted to my wife, right?
i only worry about HIV of prostitutes when i oral sex will get in my mouth and tongue and when i oral sex with wife it will spread to my wife.

If you didn't penetrate you had no risk. If you penetrated for a few seconds you probably had no risk. hiv is dead in air so you wasted your time washing or sanitizing dead virus afterwards.

I can't make it simpler than my previous post. All you have to do is figure if you penetrated and how long. Next time be smarter when you meet a prostitute that doesn't require her clients to use a condom.
So with 4-5 hours after I can be infected, will my wife catch me?
You probably should know to use a condom with a sex worker to protect your wife. Always. With regards to HIV, unless you actually penetrated, no risk.
