Immunosuppressant eye drops affect test?

I have dry eyes and the doc gave me Ropsol eye drops. They are immunosuppressant. It says so in their literature. I was prescribed these for one month. I had no idea they were immunosuppressants. I had an hiv test whilst I was using these eye drops. I had to have the test for an exposure of vaginal sex. It was unprotected sex so I tested after 5 months. It was negative but I’m wondering if the eye drops caused me to have a false negative?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV.  There is no "but what if?" scenario you can present that will turn ANY other event into a risk for HIV.

I just want to know if I need to confirm my 4th gen combo test with another confirmatory test? My 4th gen test was negative. Do I need a western blot or confirmatory test too?

Unless you have cancer treatments which use powerful meds, your test is not affected.

Are you certain the immunosuppressant eye drops won’t interfere with the 4th gen test? They have also been used by cancer patients. I took these for one month twice a day..

(I couldn’t access my account hence had to make a new username, not sure why I couldn’t access it)
It isn't even questionable. Just because something is USED BY cancer patients doesn't mean it's powerful chemotherapy that is used to keep people from DYING of cancer.

Your test is conclusive. Move on from this event.
I have another question while I’m here. So I have fordyce spots/granules on my lips and inside my cheeks. I know they’re a normal variation of the skin but they’re basically like oil glands, and if I was kissing someone would the fordyce spots be a route of transmission for hiv? Suppose their mouth was bleeding and the blood came into contact with my fordyce spots? Is this possible or am I overthinking?
Reread the advice, then move on. I'm sure you know the meaning of the word "only" in the advice,  but your response makes it seem like you don't.
