HIV ORAL SEX AND ONE TIME MAYBE UNPROTECTED VAGINAL SEX

Hi....I am Naveen 34 year old married...Yesterday I was drunk and i commited a mistake....I picked up a hooker from a location and we both went to a nearby hotel....She gave me blowjob for the very firat time for around 2 minutes and then we had protected sex for next 3 to 4 minutes...I didnt remember that did the condom was on during that time or not.....After that she again gave me a blowjob and this time for around 5 minutes...This one was very vigourous and due to this i got some cuts from her teeth on my penis...There was a little blood too....Then we have protected se...This time i was sure about the condom as i was the one who removed it after the intercourse....After that i weng back to my place....At night there starts a burning sensation olin my penis and those cuts started paining...I am very much concerned aboit this encounter....will go for the tests but as i have read conclusive results will be given after 6 weeks....Do i go for that medicine  ART keeping in mind about this....a ihave atill 36 hours left for ART...please suggest

Oral sex and protected sex has negligible/zero hiv risk.
But u r definitely at risk for stds.
I don't think you need pep. But since this is serious, i suggest u go get a consult with a doctor immediately!

Thnks for ur response...U have said that PeP is not needed and On the other hand u said that this is serious...Can u please elaborate a little so that i can understand what actually the situation is

She meant there is not any hiv risk.
However this is serious "At night there starts a burning sensation olin my penis" so get checked for std.

No chance it was broken. If a condom fails it rips down the seam and hangs in tatters which makes both people notice it. PEP isn't like candy so shouldn't be taken unless there is a risk.

No risk = no test.  There is no reason to test for a disease that you were never exposed to.
