Sex worker encounter - Hiv / std risks?

Hi All. Im male, 39yo, and 2 weeks ago (sep 28th) I was with a friend in a ladies house, in a kind of bachelors party. I was stupid enough to go to a room with a two female sex workers, and been very worried since then. I regreat imensily this encounter, and im afraid of I could do if I was infected and passes this to my love.
Here what happened, and appreciate if you can share your opinion about the potential risk:
Received unprotected oral sex from GSW A, then she put on the the condom and have vaginal sex. Then I took off the condon, she briefly perfoms again unprotected oral sex, and puts a new condom for anal sex. The condom is removed, GSW B puts new condom and have vaginal sex. Also had kissing.
On Sep 29th I was so worried that asked a medical doctor to give ne antibiotics (took azithromycin and Ciprofloxacin and Benzathine benzylpenicillin). Also got tested for major stds, all negatives.
Almost two weeks have passed, and yesterday Ive noted a small wart in my groin (near the thight). Cant say for sure if this was there before, but feels to be a new thing.
Ps. I had warts in my groin in my 20s, that was destroied by doctors using heat.
Im extremely worried and sad by that, hoping for the best.

As you have been fully advised that this was a no-risk event, we're closing this thread and suggest that you speak to a doctor or counselor about your unfounded fears.

It was already confirmed so just reread the part about the 40. You and your girlfriend are over-analyzing your bodies due to your incorrect premise that you are dying, and forgetting that you have no way of knowing all the times people with colds cough on you or something you touch.
Hi... I know that right now Im under severe anxiety, and honestly almost in dispair. Just did an oraquick test, that came back negative.
In the other hand the rash isnt something from our imagination,it is very strong actually... reddish area, with around 10 raised bumps on it.
The rash region is big, around 3 inches
You should see a doctor for real treatment if you think it is serious - you are wasting your time trying to make an HIV connection which can't exist.
Nothing else I can say, because the facts are straightforward.
Thank you for your comment, and congratulations for the attitude to help people here in this forum... I cant help to feel like the worse people in the world, so stupid to put my love in risk like this... i just cant cope with that, Im almost in the breaking point. It does help to have someone to talk to, so thank you all for that.
It is time to stop beating yourself up over this. I read your 2012 post about HIV that you linked on an earlier thread, and see that you have had a lot of needless worries back then over HIV too despite being told you had no risk.

Consider talking this over with your doctor, or perhaps he can recommend a therapist because you have lost a lot of your life then and now worrying about HIV that can't happen. That way you can have a one on one conversation.
Yes, been througt this in 2012, and cant beliveve i put myself in this situation again now. Had very few csw encounters in my life, and both drove me crazy out of fear and guilty, i realize i dont have enought psyque to handle this....

oral sex is not carrying hiv there is not any risk of hiv in oral sex..and if condom was intact in whole exposure and did not break so rule out of hiv infection.condom protected sex is safe there is no chance of hiv.

Thank you for your comment. Im worried about this ward like bump. Can this be hpv or syphilis contracted during this encounter?
If so, can hiv also took a “ride” with this other disesases entering the body?
You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from oral sex or from touching it on a condom outside the vagina. You are so safe that you don't even need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also instantly in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from oral sex or from touching it outside the vagina. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Inactivated HIV is effectively dead, so can't hitch a ride onto another disease to then get active and infect.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air and saliva do not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral sex or from touching it outside the vagina. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
Only your doctor can diagnose your bump (but it has nothing to do with HIV) and oral sex does have std risks but the best info on std is on the std forum.
Thank you very much for the clarifications.
Thank tou for your comment.
