Am I in the clear?

I am a heterosexual male.  I had unprotected vaginal sex with a csw in the United States.  I will not list all my symptoms as I have had most of the ARS symptoms to a certain degree.  I will mention my most significant symptom which has been two enlarged lymph nodes right under my jaw which are about 3/4-1" in size.  They are located in identical locations on each side and are identical in size.  I think they might be my submandibular salivary glands, but I'm not sure,  I read that submandibular salivary glands are the size of walnut and lie right below the jaw on each side, is this true?  In addition these are my test.
HIV PCR DNA/HIV antibody via ICMA at 17 days and 45 days post exposure.(NEGATIVE)
HIV antibody via ICMA 9.5 weeks,12 weeks, and 13 weeks post exposure.(NEGATIVE)
I was able to track down the csw and had her take a home access HIV test 10.5 weeks post exposure and it was also NEGATIVE.
My worries are that at 13 weeks post exposure I tested strongly reactive (4.65, anything greater than 1.09 is positive) for HSV-1 IgG antibody type specific.  I know herpes increases transmission for HIV and now I feel it is more likely I also got HIV since I got HSV-1 from this exposure and I still have those swollen lymph nodes under my jaw.  By the way I have never had an outbreak.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.  Is there anyway HIV can be my problem?  What are my chances that I still have HIV?  What about my lymph nodes under my jaw  being swollen for over 12 weeks?  What else can cause persistent lymph node swelling for that long?  Can HSV-1 cause a delay in HIV seroonversion?

There is nothing more to add to what has already been said.

Thank you very much. It's just really hard to accept the fact that I do not have it because of my symptoms and also acquiring HSV-1 from this exposure.  I do not know what to take as my next step.  I greatly appreciate your reassurance though.  What do teak and Lizzie think about this?

No further testing required i should have said and NO herpes does not delay seroconversion.

You have tested conclusively negative. You don,t have hiv and do not require any testing.Your symptoms are not hiv related.
