Hiv

Hi  I have been posting continously in this forum.  Also I have read many post from this forum including the post from the expert forum of Dr Hook I found the following queries.

1)  When I posted last time I said that I think I have been exposed to precum on the penis is there any risk,  You all guys said that No risk since virus become inactive as soon as exposed to air.  But then I said that My doctor said that he follows the guidlines of WHO and according to them its a risk.  WHO also says that there is a risk of hiv through oral sex.  My question is that all these are just only theoritical risk which are taken into consideration no practical evidence.

2)  You all guys say that you follow the guidlines of the Doctors of the medhelp .  Then I have found some Post which were answered by Dr Hook who says that the Members of the medhelp community follow the guidlines of CDC and hence according the Dr Hook you all guys say that 12 month post exposuse test is conclusive.  And Dr Hook says that Hiv Duo after 4 week post exposure is 100% reliable.  He also said that you all guys follow outdated guidlines and the doctors of the medhelp are uptodate in information.  Why If you all guys follow medhelp doctors you should completely follow them then why such a difference.

Please help me in these query.

I have tested with Western Blot test 6 weeks post exposure  which included the p24 antigen test including Hiv1 particals such as (gp120,gp160,p31 etc) and Hiv2
  Please comment on this also

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

We follow CDC guidelines and the experts advise based on their researches.

If you use ours, if you want to confirm your negativity, go on and get tested at 3 months post-exposure.

If you use theirs, get tested now and move on with your negative result.

You may decide whichever.
