Kissing

I guess you say kissing is no risk for every possible scenario but I have to ask some questions. I kissed a street sex worker on her lips just for 2-3 seconds and no tongue or deep kissing was involved (Only our lips touched each other, like a lip to lip kiss). I can't remember if my mouth was open or closed while kissing. I had white canker sore below my inner lip inside my mouth at that time. So my questions are:
1)If both people have chapped lips and their lips are bleeding because of that, is kissing still no risk? (I mean zero risk really?) Because there is no saliva at the outside of the lips is it possible to get infected? If it is no risk why?
2)Does kissing with canker sores poses any risk? What if infected person's blood somehow touches the canker sore?
3)Is a test required for these?

Your boats are not going to sink. No risk. No testing would be necessary.

Hi, I just found out that some other person commented "I’m in the same boat. I don’t understand why they says it’s no risk when other websites and cdc say it’s a risk." while I was looking at my emails and this comment was deleted in this post about 10 days ago. I was moving on from this subject but this comment made me anxious again. Why was her post deleted? Is she right that "other websites and cdc say it’s a risk."? And if so is it a risk(even if it's a tiny one)? Sorry to bother you again but I would appreciate if you can answer one more time. Thanks.

CDC uses conservative risks that have never manifested in 40 years of hiv history so how useful is that? If you fear something that has never happened then reread about "meteor", because it is another to add to the fear list - and thousands more if you want to spend your life googling for death.
Thanks once again for the answer. If it's never happened then I'm moving on from the subject.
Good plan because youth should not be spent worrying about health.

In 40 years of history, there has never been a single case of infection by kissing. The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected vaginal/anal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.

All the best.

I get that kissing is no risk, what I'm worried is blood contact (especially when there is no saliva out of the chapped lip) as I mentioned before. Is it still NO RISK? (Sorry if I seem to be paranoid but i just want to be %100 sure. )
You think that no one else in 40 years has been cut?
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
Thank you all for your fast responses. I'm very grateful.
