Am I infected?

Dear Doctor,  Few days ago i went to a local lab to have general medical checkup. The nurse didn't change gloves between patient.  She clean my hand using alcohol and then after that she started to touch my puncture area again to find the vein. And stick the needle on me. The needle was new but the connector (between needle and tube) is reused (she used venipuncture method). I could see some blood on that connector. It freaks me out. And my blood didn't flow to the tube because she stuck me on the wrong place (not my vein). And then the worst part is after she took out the needle, she started to touch my open wound again to find my vein. After few touch, she just gave up and being changed with another nurse. This is totally not professional. Now i am so scared that i might be contracted with some blood borne disease including HIV and Hepatitis. I can't concentrate on anything and can't even do my work.
1. Am I at risk?
2. Is that true that HIV virus will die once exposed to the air?
3. Should i take PCR test for HIV and Hepatitis?
4.  How is the accuracy for both that test and when should i take the test?
Please help me doctor, i feel so stress right now and can't wait for 3 months... What should i do?
Thanks
