Just saw in the first part of your question that she “forced” you to have sex. Yah right. If you went and got a plastic bag and put it on your penis and chose to engage in the sex she did not force you. If I was you I would be more concerned of putting a dirty bag you found outside her house on your penis and even more for her having it inside her. That is not a risk of hiv but can be a risk of infections from whatever was on that bag ie feces dirt food etc... please just carry condoms if you believe you are going to have sex

you are right sir i am really worried about dirty plastic bag and my thought is going on way of HIV and i am think that HIV blood in it  and i am infect with that....and last three weeks iam suffering from rash on my shoulder
This is my last comment on this thread. Im not going back and forth when obviously anything I say will not change your mind that you got hiv with no reason and no risk. That rash on your shoulder has nothing to do with hiv because A) ARS does not present as one symptom. An ars rash would not be only on your shoulder and it would not last three weeks and B)  YOU HAD NO RISK OF CONTRACTING HIV. End of my comments. Take it or leave it
thanks

I am trying to understand your question but from what I gather you are concerned the bag had blood on it before you had sex and when you put it on your penis you pushed you blood from the bag into your urethra. Correct? If this is your exposure then it was not one because A) the chances the blood was infected with hiv is astoundingly low and B) any virus in the blood would be long unable to infect. A plastic bag is not a good condom at all. It is prone to tears and because it is not designed for sex can allow the exchange of body fluids because it is so large. Please buy condoms. This was a no risk exposure and I am almost certain you have posted this question before and received the same answer. Move on

thank you so much you understand my question....... but i am worried....
It was a no risk exposure for hiv. No chance. Nada. Do you even know if there was blood on the bag? If you did I would hope you wouldnt have used it.
Seems to me you dont even know the bag had blood on it! Which even if it did would not change anything. You are free to get tested at 21 days post exposure with a gen 4 test if it is available for assurance if you want to waste your money. It will be negative.
