Hello Everyone,
About 7 weeks ago I had an encounter with a CSW. Before sex I performed unprotected cunnilingus. I licked her hood and before finishing I licked some vaginal fluids. During this my chapped lips contacted her vagina and fluids. After that she put the condom on me performed protected blowjob and the we engaged vaginal sex while the same condom was on. I also sucked her nipples and afraid I may have contacted some fluids there based on what I read but I'm not sure. After finishing I could not inspect the condom thoroughly as she pulled it off using a napkin.
During the 7 week period some symptoms developed. Thrush/whiteness on my tongue(still persists), extreme fatigue, lumps behind both ears(not pimples), aching armpits(has been lasting for 4 weeks), aching in groin and behind ears, mildly sore throat which newly started with post nasal backdrip. Those are points where lypmh nodes are located. It freaked me out and made me think I infected her.
Based on the anxiety caused by these symptoms my questions are:
1 - Is there any chance for me to get infected by cunnilingus? I am afraid of making the first case in the history. My lips contacted her vaginal fluids and there is no saliva there. On a source it says the virus can enter the body thorugh microscopic cuts in the mouth. There may have been menstrual blood I don't know I did not check.
2 - After she did blowjob on the condom I penetrated her without any lube and her vagina was very tight. The intercourse did not last more than a minute. Is there any little chance that the condom failed and I did not notice it? Because as I stated I did not check it thoroughly and I was not the one who took it off. You say it fails catastrophically however what if I finished at the point it started to fail and there was a sufficient amount of rip(not tiny) on the tip to get me infected before I stopped? So basicly would a condom fail without becoming a hoop around my penis but having a significantly big rip/crack at the tip that has gone unnoticed by me?
3 - Do I need a test for HIV?
Please help. Thank you.
