Did I put myself at risk of HIV?

Hi all I'm new to this forum and would appreciate any advice. I had an encounter about 6 months ago, I went to a sauna with a friend. Whilst there I never took part in any anal or oral sex but did have a guy come and sit next to me in the video lounge who reached over to my penis and rubbed his thumb over my urethera several times on a couple of occasions. My concern is if he had rubbed pre seminal fluid  into my urethera from himself as I'm sure he had some on his penis. Also while walking around I stood in semen on the floor and I have a small area of pitted soft pink skin caused by hyperhydrosis of my foot. I'm concerned it may have got into this area. What are my hiv risks for these two situations? And can hiv live in lubricant from a sachet that I used to masturbate myself here as it was stinging when I used it. I ask all this as I have lost about 6 pounds and feel achy and have had a few swollen glands over the last six months and 1 night sweat. Thanks for any help.

The encounter you are describing is not an HIV risk. For HIV , there must be unprotected anal or vaginal sex. It simply cannot survive out of the body. Certainly not in a sauna or on the floor. You don't have any HIV risk.
