I posted here be4

This is my second post the first one I wrote I dont think I explained enough,

I cut my foot on glass and it bled for about 5 mins, 2-4 hours later I think I walked in blood that was in my house from a self cutter
- a few weeks later I get white spots on tonsils and red spots on roof of my mouth and went away in 2 days
- but had a sore throat for about a month and is now gone
- but I think I have swollen salivary glands
- and buring in my feet
- and pain below my hipbone

(How big is my risk my freaking out sooooooo upset)

The only way blood to blood contact would be a risk is if an iv drug user shared a needle, or if there was exposure to a LOT of fresh blood with two parties having gaping bleeding wounds that would require sutures...think a car accident with two people involved.

Your situation is no risk.

Zero Risk. You can not get HIV this way, the only known routes are,

1. Unprotected Anal and Vaginal Sex
2. Sharing Syringes for drugs
3. Unscreened blood transfusion (no more a threat in developed world)
4. From mother to child.

And then Full Stop. Period
