PLEASE HELP ME!!!!YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE

I have been recently involved in unprotected oral and vaginal sex with two sex workers.(foolish i know) one on 3rd october night and then on 16th October.Since then after 8 days or so i developed some skin rashes on face, left arm and left thigh which remained for 5 days and they were gone eventually but spots are still there. There was persistant neck pain and dizziness. Some on off muscle aches as well. I am also suffering from upset stomach as well again on and off.

Since then i have taken 4 tests one ELISA and ECLIA tests recently at 73rd day which came back NON REACTIVE thats almost 11th week post exposure.Kindly advice what should i do?Is my 11th week test encouraging?I have read 3 or 6 months window period times. What's is all about?I smy symptoms related to HIV?Are these ARS sysmptoms? Please do help,i didnt gave her oral but she did.I also did fingering though there wasn't any cuts as far as i know.I am taking some stress and pain madicines, will thet affect my HIV test results? My neck pain is really giving me trouble?Pl help i am very scared

The US is the only place that equates 13 weeks to 3 months all others use 12 weeks reason for me saying 3 months.

This is not funny thing that i am wasting you time.I just wanted to tell you that recently despite testing 8 times in 14 weeks i face every new symptom every now and then. Some bumps on fore head, problem opening jaws, red spots behind my ears and under the jaws thats making me worried well.I just wanted to ask is these things related to ARS?Is 14 weeks testing by ECLIA test safe enough i have tested two weeks after my completion of 3 months time termed as window period.Do i need testing till 6 months.Surely i'll it was really painful waiting till three months and testing 8 times.

Another 3 months i dont know something will surely happen to me due to tension and stress.Kindly take pain for the final time and answer!! I promise i will not disturb again the forum experts.
I would also like to tell you that my neck pain and dizziness has considerably reduced after exactly three months.Thats makes me some what worried.

I have never experienced any fever, flu in past 1 year and no swollen nodes but some discomfort below my groin and jaws Thats it.

Dear Teak,Lizz,Nick any one please answer!!!!!!

Dear Teak/Lizz,

Dont be annoyed.Kindly go thru my this post and kindly  answer

I just got tested at completion of 14 weeks by ECLIA test which came back non reactive.I have tested 8 times in these 14 weeks.(97 days). My neck pain has considerably reduced from two days along with dizziness.Thats made me scared and i got tested today once again  byu ECLIA test.

Now i only feel heavy sweats in night and day along with terrible weakness and ache in both legs. Some odd red spots on both thighs as well. That all as far as new symptoms are concerned.

Kindly answer for the final time is my 14 weeks repeated 8 tests are conclusive..Kindly dont be rude and answer.!!!!

Dear Teak/Lizzie,

I would firstly like to thank you for sparing your precious time and replying to all the worried people,I want like to tell you that i once again tested my self by tridot test at exactly 90 days which came back negative. So far i have taken following tests:

1 ELISA-3rd week
2 ECLIA 5th,7th,9th,11th and 12 weeks
3 Tridot test-13 weeks

but the symptoms i am experiencing which disturbs me like neck pain and shoulder pain which is there for more than 3 months now though the pain has reduced some what after i took some medications. Some dizziness is there. From past two days since i took the last test at 90 days i felt some itching behind my both ears and when i looked at mirror it was something like two-three small red dots appeared behind the ears.

That all as far as symptoms are concerned rt now.I just wanted to ask is neck pain, dizziness and red spots behind my ears are related to HIV? or it could be something else? So far i have taken 7 tests in past 13 weeks all NON REACTIVE.Whats your opinion about my condition.Kindly do let me know. Please take for one more time for answering.Waiting anxiously for your answer!!!

Thanks teak once again.I would like to clarify that is there a difference between testing at 12 weeks rather than 13 weeks. Some say that 12 weeks for completion of 3 months while for some 12 weeks stands good.Does this really makes difference?Pl answer!!!!

Current methods for the detection of HIV may not detect all infected individuals. An ARCHITECT HIV Ag/Ab Combo test result that is nonreactive does not exclude the possibility of exposure to or infection with HIV-1 and/or HIV-2. Nonreactive results in this assay for individuals with prior exposure to HIV-1 and/or HIV-2 may be due to antigen and antibody levels below the limit of detection of this assay.

UK testing guidelines.
Post-test discussion

The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.

Dear Vance,

Thanks a ton for the reply.Kindly take pain to answer one last question please considering my family,my wife on the riskier ends.I just wanted to ask that should i worry for the frequent tools and dizziness coz thats the only main cause of concern as of today as they are with me right 5-6 weeks now.Though i consulted a nerophysician and taking prescribed medicines for 6 weeks and i got some relieve as well as far as neck pain is concerned not totally gone though. My only question is why they are persistant and i am experiencing them for such a long time now. I have read some kind of PCR-RNA test are also there. Are they advantageous over ECLIA test? What do you suggest?I'll completing exactly 12 weeks tommorow. Thanks in advance..

You have an 11 week test and that is not going to change, you have been told to move on. Your symptoms mean nothing. You have anxiety, seek a therapist.

Dear Luka,

Thanks for the comments but i am really afraid for my wife with whom i am already been intimated with her about six-seven times unprotected since i was moving on with my life untill i got these weird symptoms again.I never had fever though in the whole 82 days post last exposure. What should i do now?I love her very very much.I dont want to infect her.Should i abstain myself from sex and get further testing? The doctors on your forum ( Dr Sean/Dr Hansfeild) that p24+HIV 1/2 Ag/Ab test are conclusive even after28 days but this was my 5th test on 72nd day with the same test i thin\k its DUO test. What should i do pl reply. These series of testing will ever end?Do i need another testing or wife does need testing? How should i tell my wife to get tested thats too for HIV!!!! She will just drub me and divorce me st away

Regards,

Dear Lizz,

Once again i am back. With some problems.I always get some red elevated spots every now and then on my shoulder, thighs or arms but they are gone in half h hour time.I mean to say more of an on and off situation. The neck pain also still persists as well as dizziness. When i work in day time i often sweat profusely which is unusal here because its winter time.I also experience pain behind my neck area and one side ( mostly right side below jaw) but no swelling.I am very very terrified again.I also have running some loose motions not severe though.I took my last ECLIA test on 72nd day. Thats 10 week 2 days exactly.( (running 11th week ,the 11th week not completed as yet when i got my last test).Do above symptoms suggest that i am seroconverting or what? Or they can also be signs of stress or mental anxiety i am into right now.Kindly help me. Should i test once again.Tommorow will be my 82nd from last exposure.I am literally dying and terrified. Please do help me.What should i do?
