It is conclusive. The doctor said that because he is following an older guideline. Anyway, stop all these, you are hiv free.

We are glad you are negative as was expected and as our members have said, it is conclusive and you do not need any further testing. Best

See your doctor or a therapist because you are too anxious to listen to the advice. Or else reread all the advice again because the answer is there.

You had no risk for HIV so a test would be a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
Washing the penis would have no effect on HIV transmission since any HIV was already dead.

Thanks for your quick response but i experience some symptoms like stiff neck and mouth ulcers and when i rubbed on my skin its rise bumps these are ars symptoms i am really scared
No risk=no disease=noARS.
You aren't the first HIV negative person to get a sore neck. Etc.
Sir i take spot test after 32 days it is negative results are conclusive
Reread about no disease.
