Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

I have tested 5 times using Labcorp HIV 1/O/2 test negative. I have also been tested at Mayo clinic using Abbott 4th generartion HIV 1, 2 ag ab test. I have had HIV 1 and HIV 2 RNA test all negative. my last possible exposure has been in 1991 with a woman I suspect may have been positive. I am experiencing weight loss of 30 lbs, pain in my chest and extremities, fatigue and distorted vision. I also have swollen nodes in my neck groin and armpit. Doctors cannot find out what is wrong with me. I am so afraid. I thought I have taken every measure to rule out HIV conclusively. Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

Your possible exposure on 1991,almost 25 years before from now, your multiple tests shows your negative for hiv, then why are you worrying unnecessarily? if you dont have any new exposure within three months from your testing ,then you are safe, you are not suffering from HIV infection,

no more hiv tests are warranted without any new exposure,

Human body can experience lot of symptoms but all not due to HIV,please check with your for correct diagnosis for your problems,

I wish you for your good health
Take care

Thanks for your response. I have been through so many tests and Drs cannot explain why I am having all these problems. I don't like these symptoms and the timeframe they are occurring.

You've conclusively ruled out HIV multiple times with multiple negative tests. Therefore clearly HIV is not your problem. You need to seek other reasons for your problem.
