Anxiety due to deep nipple sucks and hangnail question

Hello i decided to break my virginity with a mutual friend who kind of sleeps around

I got cold feet and just opted for heavy pettting where i kissed her neck, her ears and did about of rough nipple sucks while she rubbed herself.

Prior to the sucking, i cleaned the area with a wet tissue, was not able to see any blood on the tissue and just proceeded to go to town

Im abit worried as i have a small pimple on the edge of my lips. Im afraid that my teeth might have irritated the pimple (hard press before any push could appear) and open up any possible modes of transmission (sweat etc)

At the same time, with her that she used to rub herself, she kept touching the pillows and blanket. Im abit worried as i have 2 hangnails on each hand and afraid that i might have gotten into contact with any form of fluids from her vagina

Will i require testing or pep/prep

Exposure was 4 hours ago

I would appreciate the expert’s POV on my question

Oh boy. Well, I'm going to make this easy to understand and simple so you can remember going forward. There are only three risks for HIV. Having unprotected vaginal sex (insertion of penis into vagina without a condom), Having unprotected anal sex (insertion of penis into anus without condom) or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs into your veins. Air inactivates the virus. Saliva inactivates the virus. So all kissing, touching, basically ANYTHING that happens outside the body is no risk. Even with a pimple on the lip or hang nail. You can NOT get hiv the way you describe. It is actually very hard to get HIV, it doesn't transmit easily.

I want you to internalize and memorize these risks. Because your sex life will be a nightmare if you have to wipe down your partner beforehand, obsess about a no risk situation, and ruin any pleasure because of anxiety. If you can't, I'd start working with your doctor on anxiety which is a treatable disorder.

Thank you for the reply. I have been having issue with sore gums where my gums would some times bleed

I abit worried about the part where i was sucking on her nipple. Pretty sure she was not lactating at that point of time and i also understand that sweat is not a transmissible medium

(Wiped her breast, no trace of blood, no sign of lactation, sweat non transmissible medium)

As above, i can safely move on right
The information give as to what is and what is not a risk won't change because of dental hygiene. Continue to read the risks. There are three. UNLESS you do one of the three, it is not a risk.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (hand, clothes,  fluids, mouth, maybe blood, hangnails, nipples, pimple, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.

Since you didn't answer the QUESTION, I'll do it for you. >> No there wasn't a penis in my anus and she didn't inject me with a hollow needle while I petted her so I had zero risk and should move on, instead of ignoring all the advice and asking more irrelevant questions.
