Pregnancy or HIV?

Hii Dr! Today I had sex with my girlfriend. For complete protection;  I used Condom. But the condom was torned off ( dont know why or how);  however, my I didn't ejaculate when my pennis was inside her.
But her vagina was wet.

So my specific question is:
Is there a chance she will get pregnant?
2) Also; as it was unprotected sex; if we do sex with other partner; is there any possibility of getting HIV positive to either of us?

Thank you in advance of your answer and for taking care of my concern.

1. Yes

2. Yes, you were exposed to the risk of HIV. Get yourself tested after 4 weeks of the exposure, get HIV Duo test done, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life
