Small Tear in Condom with prostitute, Can I get STI?

Hi,

I am a 26 years old male and 6 weeks earlier I had vaginal sex with a CSW (she was about 20 years old). I did use a condom and came inside her. After I finished and pulled out, I noticed a small tear about the size of a finger nail near the top (about 1.5 inches from the top of the penis). I noticed that a lot of cum was still inside the condom. I am guessing that the condom got torn when I pulled out but I might be wrong. I then took off the condom and cleaned my penis with water. She then assured me noting is wrong with her. Since then I haven't been able to get over the fact that i might be infected.

As for the symptoms, I have a mild pain in my testicles and lower back and digestive issues. What are the chances  that i was exposed to potential infection. Should I get tested for STI?
