10 days ago I had an unprotected encounter with someone of unknown status. I asked their status and they said they had no stds but who knows. Around day 7 or 8 I developed a really bad stomach ache and nausea that still persists almost 3 days later. Could this be ars?

Sounds like a typical stomach virus. Those symptoms alone wouldn't be ARS anyway.
Was it oral, anal or vaginal? Everyone has had many stomach aches so no reason to think this one can be pinpointed to any specific bug so only a test can be useful.

It was unprotected oral and vaginal sex.
