Any of these are risks?

I had sex about a month ago and one in December I think, both protected but wondering if there were risks in my actions.  The first encounter I gave her oral only for like 20 seconds and had scabs on the corner of my finger. and of course we did it obviously. The second time, which is a moth ago,  my condom was on until I slipped out of it near the end and it was hanging out of her vagina. I pulled it out and checked if there was any leaks in the condom (though there wasn't) and I put it back on and I came inside the condom while I was still inside her.   She tells me that she's negative but I know that there's some people out there who are afraid to tell the truth.   Ive been feeling some symptoms like minor headaches.                                                      What I would like go know is the following:

was there a risks of fingering her even if she does have hiv? When my condom fell off was there a risk of using it again?  Was there a risk of climaxing in the condom inside her ? Are these headaches a sign or anxiety?  Plz reply.  Ty

Nothing that you mention indicate HIV risk. You were protected during both the instances. You don't need any test. Headaches are due to non-stop symptom surfing on computer and phone~ Anxiety not HIV.

Wow almost the same as me     I was told I was safe, actually almost like mine   But you should be fine.  Some one told me that it isn't easy for hiv to transfer to man.   But it still is possible. you used a condom = safe   Time to move on
