Oral sex with anyone, male, female or a transsexual (Hijra) is always a Zero Risk activity, as you have already been told.

Having said that, you may pick-up some other Sexually Transmitted Diseases via oral sex, so suggest you to see a doctor for your symptoms, not because of HIV, for sure

Good news for you!  Oral sex is NOT a risk (at all) for HIV.  The only ways adults get HIV is through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  HIV is fragile and is inactivated by air and/or saliva.  No one as ever gotten HIV through oral sex that is documented/proven. So, you have no HIV worries.  Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV ever, only a test and since you had no risk, you don't need to test.  However, you can see your doctor to figure out why you have the symptoms (feeling confident it's not HIV related).
