Slowly going crazy

Hi I'm a 23 year old female.. Almost 3 months ago I had protected sex but the condom broke as soon I felt it I made the guy quickly get up... Since then I've been having strange symptoms.. On and off dirrreah for a little bit upset stomach... When I eat I use to poop.. I had runny stuffy nose sneezing itchy nose.. Headache from time to time.. Itchy throat and chest on inside.. Nauseous.. And now my finger nails and toe nails are stinging and burning... And my finger nails feel really hard.. Can someone give me peace of mind? Does it sound like hiv? Could I infected from this? I've been tested several times before with this man all my test came back negative...

Thanks! I don't know or can't remember exactly when the first ones started but now it seems like it's a new one every couple of weeks and some come and go...

If one gets symptoms they happen at 2-4 weeks after infection and only last for 1-2 weeks not 8, 10, 12 weeks later.
