Paranoid about contracting HIV

I recently had my first homosexual experience. Though there was a bit of unprotected oral ( I was the recipient),  a condom was worn for anal (I was the top). The other individual claims to have recently tested negative, though I cannot verify. Based on everything I've read, I am at extremely low risk and shouldn't be so worried, but still, I cannot get the thought out of my head. I think I just need someone smarter than myself to tell me to calm down.

The risks for HIV include 1. having unprotected vaginal sex, 2. having unprotected anal sex or 3. sharing IV needles to inject drugs. THAT IS IT.  Oral sex is not a risk because saliva and air inactivate the virus. Using protection is a barrier and only the head of your penis needs to be covered.  Since you had oral, that's a non risk. And you had protected anal, that's a non risk.  You had zero risk, ZERO risk.
