Is this a risk?

Hi all, just a quick one.

Last Tuesday night (about 2330) I engaged in oral sex with an unknown male in my car (I am male). He gave me a bj for about a minute in total and I gave him one for about 30 seconds. Alot of kissing as well. I finished my self off and he left my car without him finishing.

The next morning I noticed that my throat felt quite phlegmy with alot of swallowing but no pain (I thought there was but it's not constant). It's still there today.

No real pain, no lymph nodes up.

I have had a cough and a cold over the last couple of weeks.

Realistically should I be concerned from that small exposure for HIV or any STD like gonnorhea?

I spoke to an advisor on phone and he said with such a brief exposure and that fact I had no seman in my mouth he said there's no need at all to get tested.

I do occasionally suffer from post nasal drip so guessing it's that?

I hasten to add the clinician gave me 1000mg of azrithimizin last night with 3 tablets (each of 500mg) to be taken over the next 3 days. (Totalling 2.5g)

Diver is right.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  Saliva and air inactivate the virus and no one has ever been documented to get HIV from oral sex.  The only way people get HIV as adults is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, you didn't have a risk and don't need to test.

Ok thanks man. Good to know. How about the risk of the other man's (giving what advisor  told me).
Oral sex is oral sex.  Whether you give it or receive it, it's  not a risk for either party involved.
Sorry, auto correct messed up. Ment to say what about gonnorhea given the time frame as advice from advisor?
