tingling

Hi i waswondering if anyone knows  if tingling is related to early hiv infection and also neck aches

Thank you for your advice.Ive been takeing lexapro for more then a month it really isnt helping much my throbbing wont go away in my head.Ive only tested once for hiv 16 post exp im due back in 2 weeks and that will be the 3 month test im so scared i dont kno how to prepare myself i want to move on but my test is not conclusive as they say.What do i do>?

First of all....we've all gone over this stuff with you ad nauseum.  I'm glad to hear that you are taking an anti-depressant....b/c you simply cannot accept what you have been told.

Two things....if you JUST started the Lexapro, not only will it not be effective right away (it can take several weeks until you notice an improvement), but also the initial treatment with SSRI meds like Lexapro come with a LOT of side effects for a lot of people.  My bet is the tingling is a side effect coupled with high levels of anxiety.

You do NOT have HIV, and you need to start REALLY moving on.

i cant say for a fact, but i can definitely tell you that a tingling sensation can be brought on from stress and anxiety.

thank you i am taking 2 depression pills a day lexapro and another its not helping .are u sure its not an hiv symptom
