Dead scared about HIV due to rashes

Hi Doctor,
On 23 july 2016 and 24 sep 2016 I had protected vaginal sex an unprotected oral sex with two different girls whose HIV status is unknown to me. Around 10th October i got small painless itchless blisters (very tiny bumps) on my penis head without any other discomfort or discharge. I got scared of HIV and got myself tested 30 after exposure (24 October 2016). I don't have any other symptoms like fever headache nausea or anything. I'm perfectly fit and active in sports. My results for HIV and STDs came negative. But I am still worries as those blisters on penis are still there, though they are very less now. Do I have chances of HIV? Is it common to get negative results even if the rashes/symptoms are there? Please help, I am very stressed and almost on a verge of mental break down.

You had no risk of HIV, which you've already been told several times in this thread. There is nothing more to add.

So it means I'm not at HIV risk?
PS: I know I'm repeating my question which might have already been answered. But juts for a reconfirmation.

This is an HIV forum so keep working with your doctors for resolution of your non-HIV problem. They know more than we would anyway.

Thanks a lot for the response. The Dermatologist asked me if i'm having any type of eye problem of joint pain (which I wasn't). On case of other pains it could be some kind of immunodeficiency related problems. But I barely get ill, so I don't think that was the case. Then I consulted the GP and she also asked the same question and I had the same response. Then GP told me that it'll heal up on it's own. Tomorrow is my third visit with the GP for the blisters. Lets see what they say now.

Small correction. The word dermatologist used was autoimmune not immunodeiciency.

Because you had protected sex, you were never at risk for HIV or any other diseases so you wasted your time testing.
Any skin issues with your penis that you are worried about need to be checked by your doctor and have nothing to do with disease since you don't have any disease.

What did the clinic that tested you tell you is the reason why the skin issues exist? There is no doctor on this forum btw.
