Your question has already been answered regarding what is a risk for HIV transmission.   They have clearly expressed that oral sex is not a risk.

1.When my penis was bleeding and if she had blood in her mouth is it a hiv risk ?
2.When I noticed the bleeding cut she finished me with handjob and before the handjob she touched the condom covered with her vaginal fluid.. and after that she gave me the handjob so is that a risk ?

The answers have not changes from the last few times that you asked.  Oral sex isn't a risk, no matter what, and sexually, you can only get HIV from having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex.  NOTHING else is an HIV concern.

No, sir this thing happened today the last question's that I asked where from older situations.. and so you are 100% sure that I am okay right ? :)
It's the SAME question, basically.  The risks for HIV will NOT change, no matter how many different scenarios you come up with.  The only risks are:
1) unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles.
It's not a different scenario this happend today.. but thanks for the fast answer. God bless you. I make me feel better.
You* make me feel batter. God bless you. :)
