Do I need a test?

Good morning everyone,
In the last 2 months I got blood withdrawal 6 times in different Laps for routine checkups.
I didn’t check if the needles are new or not, I got very worried recently and I am paranoid and thinking of a test.
Do I need one ? What are the best in my case? I’m thinking of NAT RNA
It’s possible the needles are not new? And if it’s not it’s high risk?

No risk at all here.  First, medical professionals do not reuse needles.  Second, a blood draw takes blood OUT of you rather than injected blood INTO you.

Do not have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and do not share intravenous drug needles with other people, and you will never have to worry about HIV.

If you are the kind of person who worries that contaminated needles are used on you, you should explain that to the nurse before you get tested so she can show you every step of the way that it is a new needle. However the only non-sex risk for hiv is sharing hollow needles that you use to inject with, but you had a withdrawal so you can't get hiv from that.
