Is condom 100% effective for HIV prevention? I got a strange fever!

On 2nd of May I met a male nurse online, and we had sex. I was the top and I used a condom. It last for 15 minutes maybe and I found there were a little blood on the condom, obviously his. Later I checked the condom and it's unbroken.
On the morning of 17th, I felt hot and I tested my temperature, and it’s 37.9, usually I am 35.9 to 36.0 in the morning and 36.4 for the most time of the days. I drank some Chinese medicine and go to work. When I ate my breakfast and tested one hour later, it’s 37.3. much lower but still not normal.
I tested again and again that day, it’s from 36.8 to 37.5. So that afternoon, I took a Tylenol, and one hour later, it dropped to 36.2. And since then till now, nothing happened.
What worry me are:
1. The fever came and went so fast, less than a day, I don’t feel like a cold or flu, only a very slight nose stuffy and a little headache, no other symptoms. Is that typical for HIV?
2. During that sex, there were a short time I am not so hard and the condom slipped a bit from the bottom of my penis, still covered glans of course, and I put it back to the bottom, would his blood or fluid come from the bottom of the condom?
3. Last week, someone gave me a hand job for a long time, then I felt a little pain when I pee those days, I guess it’s urethritis, would it cause a fever? After this hand job, some guys gave me blowjob those days, some were deepthroat, would I get HIV if I had urethritis already?

I am so scared, though I learned a lot about HIV, but I always worry that my case might be unique and I am of bad luck. Pls help me out.

"Later I checked the condom"

Most people just dispose the condom after sex with out thinking much, it's unusual that you have to check the condom after having sex, this behaviour only points in the direction that you have anxiety issues.

Your symptoms meant nothing because you didn't posses a risk from your incident, there was no exposure to be worried about. You must quit reading about HIV over the internet, it's making you imagine symptoms. You should see a therapist and work on your anxiety to overcome this.

As suggested to you by other members, you didn't possess a risk and testing would not be necessary.

Thank you, I checked condoms afterwards every time, yes I have anxiety issues, but don’t you think my fever was very strange and unusual? Fluids can’t get in or out from the bottom of condom when the penis is not very hard? And deep throat is safe even if I have urethritis? Pls answer me, I always think about these questions for a very long time.

You took special care to make sure we knew it was a male nurse you met up with for sex.  A male nurse will take care of his health and that is why a condom was used.  Because wearing a condom prevents HIV transmission (as you've been told on previous threads).  As long as the condom does not break (and you know when they do as it is very noticeable) --  you are safe from HIV when you use them.  So, this is another non risk situation that you've had.

You had no risk. Hiv can be transmitted if you had unprotected sex with infected persons. Moreover dont turn your intentions towords fever that is not the case here.
