Possible exposure to hiv

Hi doctor. Just wondering is it possible to get hiv from genital to genital contact for 2 second without penetration? . I went to see a girl in massage parlour and she was in my top wearing under I was naked without condom. She was robbing her genital area right above my genital area but didn’t touch my penis. But in one occasion I felt like my penis touched her genital area with under wear for 1 to 2 second. I didn’t see vegina fluid in my penis also when  I touched my penis with my hand . Am I at risk of hiv and any std ?.My anxiety level is so high right now. I reposted the question just correcting one error in typing as I typed girl wearing condom. It’s supposed to be she was wearing underwear. And I was naked without condom. Thank you

The risks for HIV have been fully explained to you, and it is clear that your events did not include any of the risks that have been listed for you. We do not permit repetitive questions.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

You CANNOT get HIV or any STDs through clothing/underwear, even if it's the other person wearing the clothing/underwear.

Did you even read my post? Read it again. I already answered this question.
Thank you doctor. I booked appointment for testing of all std and hiv just for the peace of mind in 3 months. I will post the result right up here after 3 months  again thank you so much for helping me.
You don't need testing for anything. You never had a risk for ANYTHING. There is no need to post your negative results because everyone here knows they will be negative.

In this forum, we do not offer anxiety support and we do not pretend that no risk activities are a risk.
There are thousands of diseases or conditions that you can actually get with no warning, like cancers, heart conditions, or tumors etc. - you don't have enough time to test for every one of them every year for peace of mind. So it will be quite silly if you test for 2 things that you can't even get.
I have one more concern doctor. Let’s assume the girl vegina is not fully covered by underwear and it come in contact with my penis head without condom. In this particular scenario, is there any a chance to get hiv and std. I am saying this because the girl was on the top of me facing other side. I actually don’t remembered if her genital area is fully covered by underwear or not . Could you please give me last reply. Please
There was zero penetration at all as my penis wasn’t erect
