Chance of catching HIV

Hi Doctor,

I had sex with a Japanese prostitute about 2 months ago, I used condom for the sex intercourse but didn't use condom for the oral sex and cum in her mouth (I am not sure if there's any blood in her mouth)........

I haven't had any obvious sypmtoms until two weeks ago, I felt extremely tired after came back from the library and took my rectal temperature which was about 37.8 degree. I have fever the next day which I took my temperature again was about 38 degree. During that week I felt tired and have  rectal temperature around 37.5-37.8 degree (sometime even 38.1 degree at night), but without any other sypmtoms (no rash, sorethroat etc) and I not sure if my lymph nodes were normal during that time.

I didn't take any medication until the third day, I started taking Iburprofen for two days, the fever was gone but I still felt tired for couple more days, since then I started to take my temperature every day and it fluctuate from 37.5-37.8 degree.

I am very very worrying that if that's the sypmtoms of HIV infection, as the time was about right in 6 weeks and the fever was very strange that have no other flu related sypmtoms like sorethroat or running nose except high temperature

about last night, I felt tired again and took my temperature again which was about 38.2 degree...........

I am very upset and don't know what to do, should I go for HIV test in two months time? will it be accurate enough? what if its really HIV?
