Concern about HIV

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I am 26 year old male who had protected oral sex with a man I did not know. He only licked the tip of my penis once and gave me protected oral sex after. He did stroke my penis a few times without the condom on. I was extremely afraid when it was over since it was my first sexual encounter. I am terrified of the possible risk of contracting HIV. I regret very much the decision that lead me to this situation.

A week or two after this incident I became tired, fatigued all the time. My stomach became hyperactive with gushing and high pitched sounds. It starts right after I eat. Also, I have notice that my stool is loose with undigested food. I have lost appetite and feel tired and sleepy all the time. My weight has drastically decreased from 1614LB to 150LB. My hands get cold very easily. I have no fever at all. I have trouble sleeping.

I had two STD test (HIV) four weeks and eight week after symptoms had started. All where normal. I also have had abdominal ultrasound and x-ray, stool test, and multiple blood tests done, nothing abnormal, with one exception; my Alkali-Phos were high on two tests. Almost seven months have gone by and I am still worried. I am currently awaiting on the results of my new STD test. I was diagnosed with helicobacter bacteria several weeks ago. Have taken all the medication; the stomach upset has not completely vanished. The other symptoms are still there. Recently I have been developing extreme tension on my head. I feel light headed and feel as if I'm going to lose balance all the time. I cannot run at all due to tiredness and lack of energy.

You never had an exposure to hiv.You don't require testing and your symptoms are not related to hiv..
