Unprotected vaginal sex with a Thai sex worker. Anxiety strikes me everyday!

Dear doctors/medical experts,

I'm 28, Male, from Malaysia. Recently (about 13 days ago), i've made a foolish action ever in my life, and i swear to myself for the sake of family and own health,i would never ever repeat again. The foolish action was describe as in the title. Well, the process was like unprotected oral --> protected vaginal sex --> unprotected vaginal sex for like 2-3 mins ?
After my mind had comes to rational right after this, I immediately return to my home to take a shower particularly on my penis. It appears to have a flat dot on my glans, no pain no itching or so. 2 days after i went for a skin doctor, and he said it is not any STD and it appears to him like the blood vessels underneath the skin of the glans had broke due to maybe more vigor movement during sex ? The doc prescribe me a cream (Lotrimin, according to the nurse). After few days, the dot appear to be discolored.
Now everyday since then, I am getting worried and worried as each day passes, it is not about myself, i fear it might affect my family, i feel very sorry to them... Doctor, please advise me, what if the sex worker is HIV positive? will i get infected immediately ? What are the symptoms and when it will appear if so unlucky to get infected?
Should I go for a test now (about 12-13 days after the exposure) and what are the outcome accuracy as now ?

Sincerly thank you
Sean.

Risk probability is of little use at this moment. Statistically speaking your chances of having contracted HIV are low.
You need to test with a DUO at 28 days or an antibody test at 12 weeks.
