Conclusively tested negative

Hi
I have been conclusively tested hiv negative after 3 months of exposure. However I was just concern, during my window period of 3 months my healthcare professional gave me medication for flu for 4 days. Can these flu medication cause delayed seroconversion and interfer with my HIV results ?
Should I retest at 6 months ?

No.  No medication, apart from chemotherapy or immunosuppresive drugs for very serious conditions would cause issues with testing.  Flu medication is NOT one of these meds.
