Worried about possible HIV exposure. Please help!

Hi,

I was wondering if someone out there could help me.

I Am a 24 year old sexually active male living in north america. Recently I came down with fatigue ,a red sore throat, soaking night sweats, hot flushes and swollen lymph nodes (like bb pellets) all over my body including my armpits, arms, legs. Literally hundreds of them.

I had 2 unproteced sexual encounters (penetration in the last 3 months with women of unknown status) Stupid , i know.

I Recently had a Insti fingerprick done which was 5 weeks post exposure to the first woman, and 2 weeks post exposure to the second. It was negative.

I spoke to the two women in question, the first one claimed she had just gotten an HIV test done and sent me paperwork showing it was negative which she picked up from her doctor. The date was 5 days prior to the date we had sex. ( I was fairly skeptical about how quickly and easily she produced these results, although I have been rather paranoid lately it just seemed strange.

The second woman went to the same clinic I went to for a rapid insti test which came back negative.

My question is , how conclusive are my results. I am so worried right now about all the symptoms I am experiencing that I am constantly in a state of panic.

Could an expert please shine some light on these issues, as this fear is affecting my life to the point where I cannot even work.

Thanks in advance!

Only a test a 3 months post exposure will give a conclusive negative  result.
