Please assest my risk.

Here are the fact about my exposure.

- Vaginal penetration with condom which i didnt know if it broke or not since it was my first sex ever so i was too naive to check it. I see it did mot slipped off though.

-  during the 168 weeks after the exposure i had some of the ars symptom like mild fever, soar throat, vomit, diarhea.

- got checked by duo test after 4 and 9 weeks came up negative.

- now im at week 10 still have a soar throat so i went to the throat doctor, he noticed 2 swollen lymph nodes at the back of my neck. After 1 week of medication the swollen lymph still jot subsided so The doctor change my medicine. And he told me that if it still jot subsided in next week he will have to suck the fluid inside to do a lab test. He's indicated that this comes from some sort of infection but he didnt ask me about my sex life so i didnt tell him about my exposure. So im freaked out because im afraid it comes from HIV

Here are my question

- do i have high risk of getting hiv as i dont know if the condom broke or not ?
- is my swollen lymph has anything to do with hiv ?
- Should i be worried and get another test at week 12 ?

Thank you for your reponses.

Does this mean I should rid of any HIV concern ?

As I'm not a virgin anymore, therefore  I'm not afraid to have sex with my gf anymore and I want to have unprotected sex with her.

Is it possible now or should I wait to test at 12 weeks ?

Thank you again.

ONLY IF THE CONDOM BROKE THE RISK IS ABOUT 0.3 PERCENT IF SHE HAS THE VIRUS.
swollen lymph node can have all other reasons
the fact that you tested negative after 9 weeks shows with 99.9 percent that you are negative.
so what do you think are the chances that a 12 week test is positive? probably ZERO.
you should relax. there are other people here like me who had much higher risk. i was probably poked by someone with hiv with a needle... and i have to wait 6 weeks now to test.
