Before that she put the condom on me with her mouth, later I developed itching scrotum and penis
Which became very dry and red spots that came, now went away. When my scrotum itches it comes and goes
Can this be std or hiv I don't know please help thank u in advance

That sounds nothing like HIV
Okay thanks but does hiv itching on scrotum and penis come and go or it's always constant.
