Condum came off/HIV risk

I had drunk but  protected vaginal sex with a CSW in the USA.  The woman was on top and the sex was slow, not rough.  I also had no sores on my penis.  The event lasted about 10 minutes and I started to lose my erection a little and told her we should stop.  I did not climax. When she got off me I reached down,  saw no condom and panicked. I told her the condum was gone,  she was already standing and reached down and removed it from her vagina in a matter of seconds and said that I should calm down that it wasn't all the way in her but at her lips.  I didn't see it with my own eyes, but it was 2-3 seconds max from the time I said it was missing to the time she reached down and found it.  Needless to say, I am freaking out and having all kinds of OCD thoughts. The woman said she doesn't have HIV but what Is my risk?  I'm terrified.

Thank you for resoonding,  it is very much appreciated.  I've read some of your other responses since posting and realize that losing the condom on withdraw is not a risk, obviously I will be properly use condoms in the future by holding the base.

I suppose what worries me is that I didn't see the condum "hanging out" or otherwise,  i had no view because I was sitting and she was off to the side standing.  I just know that when I said it was gone she was able to each down and find it quickly and said it was at her lips not in her.  I guess shed have no reason to lie about that fact, and she was not worried.

With that said, had it come off during sex would we have known and or would she have had to spend more time to find it afterwards?

You never had an exposure. Next time hold on the base of the condom before withdrawing your penis.
