No, absolutely not.  No test required.  Since air inactivates the virus, you could never ever ever get HIV from shaking hands (blood or not). No reason to test or worry.
I wanna know if the virus is present in the sweat?????
You've got substantial anxiety that is irrational.  The facts have been shared that this is not a risk.  What do you mean sweat?   No matter the material that was on the dispenser, blood, sweat, tears, semen, whatever . . .  you can't get HIV from it.  If you have to keep asking, I'd say cloudy anxious thinking is getting in the way.  So, talk to your doctor about anxiety to move past this irrational fear.
Thanx but one last thing I wanna say ....I was not scared until I got symptoms like enlarged node in right jaw(not visible) sore throat, fever, muscle ache

The only ways HIV is spread are:

-Unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-mother to child.

All the best.
