Sensory neuropathy

Could sensory neuropathy be the only symptom of hiv infection ( not in acute but in later stages) ?
Mild tingling of feet and forearms, dry skin and increase sweating?

I thought a lot about it the last few days. My friends and family told me to go.
But i was curious about it

Only way you're going to know is by testing.
