blood in hiv !

Yesterday,I went to a  hospital to see a one of my friend .He is hiv +.When he take off his cap ,his nails cut my scalp .
I feel very pain on my scalp.I look up his hand imediately ,and no blood was see. But my scalp my blooded .My question is do I have a risk in this action? .do I need to do a hiv test ? Thank you!

Yes,because hiv is unable to reproduce outside its living host,it becomes inactive and thus unable to infect.

No risk to you.Hiv transmission occurs inside the body not outside and besides,hiv is not transmitted by someones nails scratching you.Your safe.
