Having vaginal sexual encounter and CMIA test accuration

Dear Friends

First of all I would like to say thank you if you spend time for answering my question.

Let me tell little bit story,
I'm man, and I have two episodes of vaginal sexual
The first one was unprotected (no condom) also the girl gave me oral sex and I gave her oral sex to her vagina and the second one was protected (condom) also she gave me oral sex but I don't give her oral sex, and no anal sex.

The first episode occurred in march 2018 and the second in april 2018. After 30 days from the first encounter or after few days after the second encounter, I took her for lab test for anti-hiv and the result is non reactive with CMIA method Ag/Ab with index 0.10.

But let me tell you again sone information that may help you to analyze my case,

This is my first sexual activity, I am not drug users, and never get touched for dirty needles, and I am sure I am clean.
What I am afraid of is her, she was divorced with her husband for 2 years ago (2016), she got a kid from her husband and grow healthy until today (7 years old) , and in 2017 she had sexual encounter with two guys, first guy with condom and the last encounter with the second guy with no condom in september 2017.
And after that no more sexual encounter until she met me. My reason to take her for testing is because, in my calculation, she has passed the window period from september 2017-march 2018 (about 6 months).

What is your opinion?
Does this a good signal for me that I am still clean?

For my case, I have a some specific questions,
1. I heard CMIA/Duo Test not accurate and often fails in order to detect hiv P24 and antibody, even the procedure is correct, is it true?

2. How long does CMIA process take to give a result?  (processing time)

3. Is it true that it is hard for hiv to transmitt from female to male and not as easy as male to female?

4. And I have read for some portion of people that having mutation CD4 and hiv cannot infect them, how to detect these people that they have hiv inside their body and eventhough they are immuned from hiv, do they able to transmitt hiv to their partner?

I am very happy if you guys here would like to answer these questions,

Best whishes,

A duo is conclusive after 4 weeks and any other test is after 3 months. 6 months is a very outdated guideline, so all the rest of your questions are irrelevant since she is negative.

Oral sex is not a risk so you only had one exposure and can move on from HIV fears.
Hello Dear AnxiousNoMore,

Thanks for the feedback.
Could you please share your opinion about my questions above?
Would like to know your view

Cherrs!
There are some possibility of wrong procedure of testing, so I think I will test for CMIA, rapid test kit, and PCR in 4 months for my reassurance, because I got anxiety, just to make sure, that's it :) maybe test in different lab.

Anyway could you please give opinions for thos 4 questions above, or maybe anyone can give answers?

Cheers!  :)
Sorry if my 4 questions above are not irrelevant, but could you please share your opinion for CMIA processing time and CD4 mutation? I would like to know :)
Reread the advice about conclusive instead of rephrasing your questions. You don't have any medical training, so it is unrealistic for you to think that some Googling helped you know more about the testing than the scientists who developed the tests.
Thank You for your view on my view

Yes I don't have medical training, so that's why I am asking your opinion :)
I speak based on what scientist found nowadays, such as small portion of people immuned against hiv because of CD4 mutation..

And about CMIA, the process took only about 5 hours to get negative result, is it proper and correct?
Please give your opinion of CMIA processing time if you don't mind to comment about CD4 mutation, at least you are happy to give opinion on CMIA processing time :)

Thanks Anxious! :D
