I didn't see the sample collection guy opening a new needle.

I ordered a home collection from one of the best hospitals in india and the guy took my blood test. I didn't see him opening a needle and realised this till after he had collected the blood sample.

I asked him if he had used a new needle and he said ofc he has and he has discarded my previous needle in the bag as it is the standard procedure. Now I am very worried that he must have used an old needle and infected me with the virus. What do I do?

Your question has been answered, by the nurse who drew your blood, and by our members here. Please consider following their advice and seek the help for anxiety.

Next time tell the nurse in advance that you are worried about hiv and used needles. Then tell the nurse to show you that they are using a new needle, so you don't have to do so much worrying.

Should I get tested again for this? Do you think the home sample collection personnel used a used needle?

What do you do? You immediately make plans to see a therapist to address your irrational anxiety related to HIV.  Your problem is not HIV.  You are imagining HIV everywhere and that people are trying to infect you with HIV.  This is not rational thinking.

Do you think a used needle would have been used?

First, you worried about a zero risk event but ignored all the advice here that there was no reason to test. Now you have worked up your anxiety and you fear the hospital personnel gave you hiv. I'm not sure why you are asking more questions here since you disagreed with all the advice and tested. It seems unlikely you will believe any new advice either. The important fact is you asked him to use a new needle, he said he did, now you are saying you don't trust him either (and you never trusted anyone here), but you are asking here if he used a new one?

Seek therapy or talk to your doctor because you are wasting your life worrying that everyone is wrong and also worrying about contracting hiv - that was impossible when you had the original encounter.
