Please have a look at my situation.

Hello, i am just trying to get some info on symptoms of hiv. First off let me explain my situation. My possible exposure was 23 days ago, i gave unprotected oral sex to a guy and i do not know his status. I was really concerned and freaked out, i went to the er had an hiv test done 3 days later. Of course i know its inconclusive now. 17 days later i went to my doctor had another test done, the results came back negitive.. at 19 days had an insti test and came back negitve also. I know these test are inconclusive at this point. But i am still freaking out... i feel like i contracted hiv. The only symptom that i am having is diarrhea, but i dont know if it is being caused by my stress and anxiety, or a medication my doctor presribed by the name of azitromycin. Which i finished the dosage 6 days ago. I guess i am wondering if i should take anti diarhhea medication for it... or idk what to do, if it is diarhhea caused by hiv should i take anti diarhhea for it too? Or just let it continue... plz help!

Possible side effects of Azithromycin include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain.  Stress is probably contributing to the problem as well.

As advised above, you didn't have a risk for HIV, so you can rest assured that the diarrhea isn't related to HIV.

You had no risk and a test would be a waste of time. It would be 1005 conclusive now because it would read zero since you can't be positive.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
So take your medicine to clear up your bowels if that is an issue.
