Can being fingered spread STD?

Hi, awhile ago I fooled around with a guy. Let  make it clear that we did NOT have sex. No vaginal, anal or oral sex. We touched eachothers genitals for a very brief period (2 to 3 minutes) he rubbed his penis on my underwear for a second before he fingered me and i touched his penis then got on top of him. He had a sheet wrapped around his body so our genitals wouldn't touch. I had my underwear on while on top of him. I did not dry hump him only laid on top for a few minutes. I had my underwear and shirt on. My main worry is the fingering. Could being fingered spread anything? I'm an anxious person in general so I'm worried. To sum it up: no sex at all, genital touching, he had a sheet covering his penis so our privates wouldn't touch and I had my underwear on. Is HIV or other STDS possible from this?

As stated by our member, fingering is not a risk for HIV.  The HIV virus is fragile and becomes inactive once exposed to air (on a finger).  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

HIV is inactivated in air or saliva so even oral is not a risk, btw. Fingering is definitely not a risk - the only sexual risks are unprotected anal or vaginal, with EVERYthing else classified as air or saliva contact.

So no matter what combination of events that aren't those 2, there is no risk including bleeding finger, rash etc.

Oh ok so I shouldn't worry? Thank you for answering
Even if he briefly touched his penis before fingeribg me? And his very brief contact against my underwear? I'm sorry i sound stupid but i worry easily and think of the worst case scenario
